Integrated Processes of Pick-and-Place Assembly

Use industrial robots (articulated arm robots, SCARA robots, Delta robots, collaborative robots) or specialized automation equipment (such as XYZ gantry) for component grasping, handling, alignment, and insertion.

Integrated Processes of In-Line Transfer Assembly

The product (or pallet/tooling board carrying the product) moves on one or more synchronous/asynchronous conveyor lines, passing through a series of fixed workstations. Each workstation completes specific assembly operations (which may be automatic or semi-automatic/manual).

Integrated Processes of Flexible Assembly System

Combining robots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), reconfigurable material handling systems (such as AGV/AMR), intelligent warehousing, and advanced software (MES, SCADA), it can quickly adapt to the assembly of different products or product variants without the need for large-scale hardware replacement.

Integrated Processes of Vision-Guided Assembly

It is not an independent process, but a key technology that empowers other processes. Use 2D/3D machine vision systems to guide robots or actuators to complete assembly tasks.

Integrated Processes of Assembly with Integrated Testing

Not an independent process, but a critical link. Integrate various automatic testing functions during the assembly process or at the final workstation to ensure assembly correctness and product functionality.
